Trenching

Bending

Fitup & Welding

Fitup and Welding ensure each pipe is checked for visual defects. This involves the application of clamps, and the marking of details such as Weld No., Pipe No., etc.

Field Joint Coating

Field Joint Coating applies an anticorrosion coating to the cutback areas of pipes where weld joints are made. This ensures the pipe's longevity.

Lowering

Lowering the pipeline into the trench is done with care using cranes or side booms. This ensures the pipeline is laid without interruptions.

Backfilling

Backfilling is the process of replacing soil in the trench after the pipeline is lowered. This provides natural anchorage and protects the pipeline.

Tie in Joints

Tie in Joints connect the sections of the lowered pipeline at various locations. These are then welded, coated, and backfilled for pipeline integrity.

Hydro Testing

Hydro Testing involves testing the entire length of the pipeline for leaks or weaknesses. It ensures the pipeline is ready for operation.

Pipeline markers, clean up, and restoration

Upon completion, pipeline markers are installed for easy identification. Any damage caused during construction is restored, marking the end of the project.
